Economic Mission to The United States of America and Canada
High Tech NL is thrilled to announce a significant economic mission to the states of Connecticut, New York, and the Canadian province of Ontario, focusing on the semiconductor industry and photonics. This mission presents a unique opportunity for Dutch startups, scale-ups, SMEs, multinationals, and knowledge institutions active in semiconductor production equipment, integrated photonics, chip design (with a special focus on AI applications), and advanced packaging.
Why Participate?
This mission aims to explore trade, investment, and innovation collaboration opportunities. It provides a platform for networking and expanding business horizons in the significant semiconductor hubs of Wilton, Albany, Rochester, and the Toronto region. Businesses partaking in this mission can gain insights into local ecosystems, explore market opportunities, enhance networks, and possibly sign contracts or agreements in the presence of government officials, thus increasing visibility.
Fees and Limitations
The participation fee is €950 per organization. Due to limited capacity, only one representative per organization can join. This fee includes participation in collective program elements, local support, and local bus transportation linked to the mission program. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal transfers.
Application Deadline
Interested organizations are invited to apply by April 21, 2024. Please note that registration does not guarantee participation due to limited spots (25-30) and a focus on fitting within the mission’s framework. Selection will consider relevance to the semiconductor industry and potential for business in the US and Canada.
