The Hannover Messe,  April 12-16 2021 will be a digital edition. The Deutsche Messe has decided in close collaboration with the Health Authority of the Hanover Region, the Hannover Messe Exhibitor Council and the partner associations VDMA (German Federation of Engineers) and ZVEI (German Federation of Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers).

The Hannover Messe attracts more than 200,000 visitors annually. This is the event for the technology industry and associated IT and Smart products and services, with highly qualified international visitors and an attractive program.

The industry is evolving rapidly thanks to digital transformation and the same applies to the Hannover Messe. In 2021 the stock market will focus on that industrial transition. This is reflected in, among other things, the seven central themes: automation, motion & drives, digital ecosystems, energy solutions, engineered parts & solutions, future lab, logistics, and compressed air & vacuum.
