Join Keysight for a half day workshop for the presentation of the latest Test & Measurement 2016, illustrating solutions to measure very low currents and power by using sources and instruments that allow to obtain high dynamics in the areas of connected objects (IoT) and other portable devices.

• New opportunities: Innovations in semiconductors and other components and related energy consumption require precise characterizations and measures, to offer components and assemblies more effective while less and less energy hungry.
• New challenges: Customers require efficient but compact products, especially low power dissipation to increase the lifetime of operation before recharging. It becomes necessary to master all phases of a connected or portable object: the activity phase, the idle phase and the phase of sleep. Each phase has its importance, and all these combined phases will determine the life of the object before charging.
• New solutions: This requires test and measurement solutions with new performances not achievable with traditional instruments. The workshop aims to illustrate Keysight new testing methods and the recently introduced solutions.
