What is the event about?

The IEEE is launching a new series of workshops aimed at helping Robotics Startups and SMEs accelerate their transition to manufacture and scale their production.

The transfer to production is full of complexities and challenges. This in-person workshop will focus on the topic of getting to your first production run of 100 robots.

This is an invitation to join the first-ever European Workshop for IEEE Robotics and Deep Tech startups.

For Who?

• Leaders of Robotics startups and SMEs.
• Robotics Scientists.
• Companies at prototype and pre-production stage.
• Manufacturers and suppliers of production services.

When:

• Thursday 1st February, from 14:00 to 18:00.

Where:

• At LaatBloeien , Hofplein 19, Rotterdam.

The IEEE workshop is based on the format piloted during ICRA 2023 in June, Silicone Valley Robotics in August, and being used at IEEE IROS in October 2023.

Objective:

We want to connect startups, robotics scientists, and companies in the prototype stage – connecting them with relevant industry experts and mentors.

As this will be the first event focused on the needs of European startups we also want to gauge interest and identify specific problem areas in the prototype-to-product process that can be addressed in smaller follow-up workshops/bootcamps.
