International Knowledge Workers Day
HighTechCentreDelft, High Tech NL and the national ‘Top team High Tech Systems & Materials’ invite you to participate in the International Knowledge Workers Day. This is a meeting between students from abroad, knowledge workers, industry, institutes and policy makers. It is part of the Dutch Human Capital Agenda which intends to further improve the attractiveness of the Netherlands and the Delft region in particular in the growing global market of young, highly skilled international knowledge workers.
For whom?
- Foreign knowledge workers (technical expats, master-level and upwards) of companies located in the Delft region
- Their CEO’s and HR managers
- Managers of institutes and policy-makers involved with this issue
- Foreign students who actually study a bachelor or master program in the Netherlands and consider to start their career in the Netherlands, and foreign technical PhD students
Leading questions throughout the day
- For knowledge workers: how to optimize your career opportunities in the Netherlands? How do you perceive studying, working and living in the Netherlands?
- For companies and policy-makers: what’s in it for me, and how to improve my attractiveness?
