DIH-HERO information day for SMEs
On June 20, the University of Twente, as one of the core partners of the Digital Innovation Hubs in Healthcare Robotics (DIH-HERO) network, is organizing the Dutch INFO Day. The purpose of this meeting is to inform all stakeholders about upcoming calls and DIH-HERO's plans.
DIH-HERO is a European platform of stakeholders in medical robotics which aims to stimulate the innovation pathways of SMEs and slightly larger companies in this sector by sharing knowledge, facilities, services and incentive schemes. The platform has received a European grant of €16 million, of which more than €8 million will be distributed to commercial companies for travel expenses, development of demonstrators and technology transfer.

About DIH-HERO
Last January, this European initiative was officially launched. DIH-HERO is an independent platform that connects 17 Digital Innovation Hubs in Europe in the field of medical robotics. The primary goal here is to drive innovation of robotics in healthcare.
