Opening COTEMACO fieldlab Smart Food Processing
This field lab is part of the European project COTEMACO in which Food Tech Brainport and Holland Robotics (High Tech NL) are partners. From this project we want to inform food processing companies in Northwest Europe and bring them together with technology providers of flexible automation (robotization and cobotization). We want to show food processing companies what is, but also what is not possible with cobots (robots that can work together with humans) and other digital automation.
We are going to demonstrate this in the Smart Food Processing field lab where various setups with Cobots, Robots and other digital automations are set up. Specifically focused on Food, in an actual food production space.
This field lab will be used to familiarize entrepreneurs with the (im)possibilities of automation with Cobots, and support them with training, courses, business and implementation plans should they consider implementing cobots or other digital automation in their business.
Partly with support from Europe and the province of North Brabant, this support is mostly completely free of charge for entrepreneurs (via the so-called de-minimis exemption regulation).
The opening of the Smart Food Processing field lab will take place for registered visitors at 3:30 pm. You are welcome to attend starting at 3 p.m.
