Accelerated to market To bring innovations in agrobotics to the market at an accelerated pace, in addition to technological development, it is important to properly set up the business model when developing new solutions and products. Figures show that only a small part (5%) of all startups and innovative SMEs with a new product-market combination succeed in growing their business to scale-up. Every company, from start-up to SME, with an innovative idea goes through four life stages according to the life stage model. Where each life stage has a number of milestones. If you want to grow your business consistently and successfully, you need to focus on the right milestones within the relevant life stage. This is where we are going to help you in a series of master classes.
What do the sessions look like? The agroBOTS program has five business master classes. These sessions are spread out over the year. The series has a logical structure, but most of them can also be followed separately.
