High Tech NL Young Professionals Events 2016
We don’t need to tell you that we – as young professionals – are of great value to companies. Our fresh outlook on matters and enthusiasm can make a difference. But do you actually do this, or do you feel restricted? What can we learn from successful businesses, the start-up mentality and their methods?

On March 24, we will meet with young professionals and industry experts to discuss themes that can influence your role in kickstarting your corporate. Now and particularly also in the near future. You will leave with lots of new ideas and tools to implement the very next working day.
Moderator
The day will be hosted by one of the Netherlands’ finest moderators, Lars Sørensen. His energy will make sure it will be a dynamic, interactive and useful afternoon. Check out his video message for you:

13:30-14.00h | Make your preparations Choose your roundtable discussion topic (limited seats per table/topic!), provide input to the moderator Lars Sørensen and get to know the six organizing high-tech companies. |

14:00-15:35h | Explore your playground Explore what your playground as a Young Professional looks like within a high tech organization. Specialists from both the corporate and the startup scene will shed their lights on how to create the right environment for success. What is it really like to work in a startup? And what are the boundaries and opportunities when working for a corporate? Is it at all possible to share methods and mentalities? With their extensive experience Quintin Schevernels (Layar) and Don Ritzen (Rockstart) will direct us through these questions. More about the speakers |

16:00-17:30h | Discuss ideas and methods In 2 sessions of 20 roundtable discussions you will actively contribute to the discussion at hand. Together with other Young Professionals from six high-tech companies you dive deep into a specific topic. Each roundtable is hosted by a professional from one of the organizing companies. The hosts range from CTO’s to strategists to project leaders and all have hands-on experience with corporate innovation trajectories. |

18:00-19:00h | Shape your network You get the chance to freely talk to the speakers, moderator, hosts and loads of fellow Young Professionals. Share insights, finish discussions and shape your network. |

This event is an initiative by the young professionals of six high-tech companies in collaboration with High Tech NL:
Registration
To participate in this event you have to be invited by one of the six organizing companies. Participation is free of charge. The number of participants per company is limited. If necessary, the organization has to make a selection. Enrol now via the registration form. About three weeks before the event you will get the final confirmation of your participation.
